Ingredients:
- 1 cup of roughly chopped garlic scapes
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon whole Psyllium Husk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon mixed spices
- 1/2 tsp garlic escape salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For cooking on stainless steel pan:
- 1 teaspoon of avocado oil or 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or 1 teaspoon of ghee.
Preparation:
- Mix well all ingredients, and let it sit for 5 minutes while preparing the pan with 1 teaspoon of avocado oil or coconut oil or ghee on medium temperature.
- Drop mixture on heated pan by tablespoon or the amount needed for the size of the patty you would like. I use silicone molds to keep a defined shaped.
- Cook until edges of the patties are browned then flip to cook the other side for 1 minute.
