Ingredients: rinsed chickpeas, garlic cloves, crushed red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt & pepper
1. Open 2 15 oz. cans of rinsed chickpeas and set them to the side.
2. Use a saucepan and add 3/4 cup of olive oil. Add 4 crushed garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon of chili flakes. Heat up to medium heat and add your chickpeas into the saucepan.
3. Cook for around 7 minutes and remove them from the heat, add salt and pepper, enjoy with some rice or a salad!
